Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

To start a return, you can contact us at notyournananz@gmail.com. Please note that returns need to be sent to the following address: 324 Hillingdon St, Normanby, Dunedin 9010.  Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded  your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
